3 Awesome Chocolate Fountain Dipping Ideas For Your Next Shindig

Miami party rentals

People love chocolate fountains. Chocolate fondue is — needless to say — amazing. It’s absolutely delicious. Plus, a chocolate fountain rental can really kick any event into next gear. It’s a big, cool showpiece.

While there are some things that are pretty typical fondue fair, there are plenty of other things you can dip, too, that people might not expect. Here are just some ideas.

Fruits – Strawberries, and bananas are pretty typical fondue fair, but they’re not the only pieces of fresh fruit you can dip. Try dipping pineapple, cherries, grapes, pears, oranges, apples, cantaloupe, honeydew, casaba, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, kiwi, mango, papaya, and even chunks of coconut. Before you do, you may want to cut or ball the larger fruits, and then pat them dry. If you’re not going to serve the fruits immediately, you may want to sprinkle them with some lemon juice, which will kee them fresh looking, and stop browning.

Decadent Bites – Since it’s already a bit unhealthy of a treat, why not make things even more decadent? You can serve bites of cheesecake, brownies, cookie dough, cream cheese, lady fingers, raisin clusters, cinnamon bear crackers, gummy bears, moon pies, donut holes, peanutbutter balls, popcorn, potato chips, almond meringue puffs, cinnamon twists, scones, pound cake, nut clusters, waffles, ice cream bars, candy bars, and frozen twinkies.

Breads You wouldn’t think that bread and chocolate necessarily make a good pairing, but what if you offered date nut bread, banana bread, cinnamon bread, pumpkin bread, zucchini bread, carrot bread, or even cinnamon rolls? Sounds a lot better of an idea, doesn’t it, though?

These are just some of the amazing things that you can serve with your chocolate fondue, and really knock things up to the next level. If you have any questions, or any other exciting ideas about what to serve, feel free to share in the comments.
